Job Description
o Manage international clients.
o Sales Support.
o Product demo
o Ensure smooth transition of all clients from testing phase to invoicing phase (Sandbox to Production)
o Handling day-to- day client queries.
o Daily monitoring of client programs and processes.
o Timed query resolution and issue mitigation
o Regular calls with live and prospective clients
o Report preparation and MIS
o Invoicing and collection
Requirements
o Strong verbal and written communication in English.
o Excellent relationship building capability.
o Patience and perseverance.
o Basic Concept of Fintech Payment solutions.
o MS Office (Excel Word and PowePoint).
