Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to enhance company profitability.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any client issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with company branding.
  • Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand professional network.
  • Manage leads through CRM tools for effective follow-up and documentation.
  • Assess client needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
  • Stay informed about industry developments to effectively position products.
  • Work closely with the sales team to share insights and motivate peers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations during sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree Hotel Manager or related field.
  • Proven experience in corporate sales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and trends.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings.
  • Knowledge of the industry trends and competitors in the market.
  • Ability to handle customer objections effectively.
  • Prior experience in lead generation and conversion.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in identifying opportunities.
