Position: Human Resource Manager
Location: Bandung
Industry: FMCG (Food Manufacturing & Distribution)
Company Overview:
Our client is a market leader in the FMCG food sector with a manufacturing facility in Bandung and a significant nationwide sales force of over 700 employees.
Role Summary:
The Human Resource Manager will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition people development employee relations performance management and HR operations. This role will work closely with the Board of Directors and report directly to the President Director.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Lead recruitment and workforce planning to support organizational growth.

Oversee performance management training and employee development programs.

Ensure compliance with labor laws company policies and industrial relations.

Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.

Manage compensation benefits and HR administration.

Advise the leadership team on strategic HR issues and organizational development.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

7–10 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Strong background in manufacturing or FMCG industries is preferred.

Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.

Familiar with Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices.
