About the Company:

Role Overview

As a Manager Financial Due Diligence you will lead and manage end-to-end financial due diligence assignments working closely with clients investors and stakeholders to assess financial risks and opportunities in transactions. You will play a critical role in supporting buy-side and sell-side transactions offering insights and recommendations that drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage financial due diligence (FDD) engagements for private equity corporate and strategic buyers and sellers.
  • Analyze financial statements forecasts working capital EBITDA adjustments and other key financial metrics.
  • Prepare and review detailed financial due diligence reports and presentations.
  • Identify financial and business risks deal issues and potential mitigants.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their strategic objectives and tailor diligence procedures accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including tax legal valuation and operations teams.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members providing on-the-job training and performance feedback.
  • Assist in business development efforts including proposal preparation and client pitches.

Requirements

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in financial due diligence or transaction advisory (Big 4 or similar experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards (Ind AS IFRS) financial reporting and deal structures.
  • Exceptional analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data analytics tools is a plus.
