Job Description
Location:Greater Miami FL
Type:Part-Time / Contract Flexible scheduling
Rate: $125 per treatment session (approx. 3 hours)

About the Role
We are seeking experiencedCare Partners familiar with NxStage home dialysis equipmentto serve as in-home caregivers directly overseeing home dialysis treatments for patients across Greater Miami. While non-clinical this role is hands-on and essentialensuring treatments are delivered safely comfortably and in accordance with prescribed protocols. Care Partners support patients throughout each session helping maintain consistency comfort and peace of mind in the home environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist patient withpreparation and setupfor home dialysis (NxStage familiarity required)
- Offercompanionship and overseeing the careduring the home dialysis treatment (3-hour sessions)
- Document and escalate any irregularities to the family & clinical care team as directed
- Coordinate scheduling with family members or Dialyze staff when needed
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience assisting patients withNxStageor equivalent home dialysis equipment
- Must be18 years or older
- ValidLevel 2 Background Checkand Fingerprinting (Florida AHCA requirement)
- TB test (within 1 year)
- Able to lift 25 lbs and assist with mobility safely
- Reliable transportation to assigned patient homes
- Basic tech comfort (using Herewith app. communicating via app or SMS ect.)
- Fluent in English (Spanish or Haitian Creole a plus)
