Exciting Opportunity: Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager - join our dynamic marketing team!

What Youll Be Doing:
In this role youll report directly to the Head of Acquisition & Retention. Youll play a fundamental role in implementing our growth plans and will be responsible for owning the end-to-end customer lifecycle guiding on strategies that deliver results-driven omnichannel marketing campaigns and experiences as well as being the go-to expert for our CRM (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).


Key Responsibilities:

  • The primary owner of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Data Cloud and Personalisation within the Marketing team and a key platform owner in the business.
  • Own & champion customer lifecycle strategies & tactics from planning and ideation through to delivery.
  • Build & execute targeted marketing campaigns and journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Email SMS and push notifications.
  • Monitor analyse and report on campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations on how to optimise marketing & communication activities.
  • Lead key lifecycle marketing activity including identifying user insights building dynamic audience segments & reporting on user engagement with our brands products and applications.
  • Support the team to deliver campaigns & initiatives that meet the business KPIs and objectives across multiple brands mastheads and applications.

What Youll Bring:

  • Bachelors degree in digital marketing communications or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing role or similar
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement Data Cloud and Personalization
  • A working understanding of one or more of HTML CSS AMPscript and SQL is highly desirable.
