Our ambitious and dedicated marketing team at 99designs by Vista champions creativity making it easy for small businesses to thrive with expert design at their fingertips. As Senior Marketing Manager youll lead a unified team across brand communications product enablement and demand generation. You will shape our narrative engage customers and creators in our double sided market place and deliver marketing strategies that deliver impact and achieve our commercial goals.

What You Will Do

• Set and lead the global marketing strategy across brand content communications and performance to meet annual business objectives.

• Develop and complete coordinated campaigns that champion creativity and strengthen brand equity.

• Create engaging and consistent storytelling across all marketing touchpoints ensuring alignment with our strategic vision.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Design and Engineering teams to connect customer and creator value.

• Lead and support engagement and career development for marketing specialists both direct and embedded.

• Own marketing budget management ensuring financial accountability aligned with P&L goals.

• Partner with the CEO and senior management to develop and deploy comprehensive communications strategies.

• Act as a key liaison with Vistaprints global marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment.

Your Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership across brand communications and acquisition in a digital-first environment.

• Proven track record delivering results through strategic marketing programs tied to commercial objectives.

• Exposure to or experience in Product Marketing.

• Strong communicator and storyteller with a keen understanding of customer needs.

• Comfortable leading through ambiguity and prioritising effectively.

• Deep proven experience across Brand Performance Communications and Content marketing.

Nice to Have

• Experience in scaling technology startups

• Experience in marketing for a global organisation.

• Relevant degree programs or certifications in Marketing or related fields.
