About the Role
We are looking for a visionary and tech-savvy Marketing Technology Insights & Innovation Manager to join our Marketing Communications team. This role is the strategic architect of our marketing infrastructureresponsible for providing Business Units (BUs) with the technological backbone data intelligence and innovation capabilities to enable scalable customer-centric and data-driven content creation and distribution across 70 brands.
You will lead the Marketing Innovation Lab piloting and scaling cutting-edge solutions in content channel and AI-driven marketing. Your work will empower BUs to adopt modern tools understand customer personas through AI and deliver personalized experiences on a scale.
Key Responsibilities
Technology & Infrastructure
Own and evolve the MarCom technology stack (DAM translation and localization platforms personalization engines etc).
Ensure seamless integration and usability of tools across content creation translation and distribution workflows.
Drive adoption of scalable efficient and user-friendly platforms across BUs.
Marketing Innovation Lab
Lead the Marketing Innovation Lab to pilot and test emerging technologies content formats and channel strategies.
Evaluate and roll out successful pilots across the organization ensuring scalability and business impact.
Train and support marketing managers in adopting new tools workflows and innovations.
AI-Driven Personalization & Customer Intelligence
Design and run AI-powered customer segmentation and persona development programs across brands and regions.
Enable BUs to deliver personalized content and experiences based on behavioral demographic and intent data.
Collaborate with data science and analytics teams to operationalize insights into marketing strategies.
Insights & Competitive Intelligence
Provide ongoing market trends customer insights and competitor analysis to inform content and channel strategies.
Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track performance identify opportunities and guide decision-making.
Best Practices & Governance
Establish and promote best practices for content operations digital asset management and tool usage.
Ensure compliance with brand legal and data privacy standards across all platforms and processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with IT Digital and Data teams to align on infrastructure and innovation roadmaps.
Work closely with the Content Enablement and Channel Distribution Managers to ensure a cohesive and future-ready content ecosystem.
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Technology Digital Innovation Data Science or related field.
6 years of experience in marketing operations martech or digital transformation roles.
Proven experience with marketing platforms (CMS DAM CRM automation analytics personalization engines).
Strong understanding of AI applications in marketing including segmentation recommendation engines and predictive analytics.
Experience leading innovation programs or labs with a track record of piloting and scaling new technologies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication training and stakeholder engagement skills.
