Position Summary
Datwyler Healthcare is looking for a dynamic results-driven Regional Marketing Manager to elevate Datwyler Healthcares market presence drive customer engagement and accelerate revenue growth across North and Latin America. This is a pivotal role for a strategic thinker who excels at understanding regional market nuances building enduring customer relationships and translating market insights into impactful content and product-focused marketing initiatives. Youll be instrumental in shaping our regional go-to-market strategy and ensuring global alignment while tailoring efforts to resonate with local audiences driving the commercial success of the Healthcare portfolio.

Responsibilities
- Driving Customer Relationships & Engagement
- Deep Customer Understanding: Conduct continuous market research and analysis to gain profound insights into customer behaviors preferences pain points and emerging trends within North and Latin America. Leverage these insights to inform all marketing strategies and influence product development.
- Voice of Customer: Act as the primary Voice of Customer for the region bringing compelling market and customer insights directly to Datwylers functional groups especially product development to influence new solutions pricing and positioning.
- Relationship Building: Forge strong trust-based relationships with key customers strategic partners and influential stakeholders across the region. Facilitate direct engagement gather feedback and advocate for customer needs internally.
- Events & Thought Leadership: Plan and execute impactful external customer-facing events (trade shows roadshows tech days webinars) that position Datwyler as a market leader fostering strong connections and generating qualified leads.
- Crafting & Optimizing Content Strategy
- Regionalized Content Development: Lead the creation and localization of highly engaging marketing content that resonates with diverse audiences across North and Latin America. This includes developing compelling case studies whitepapers blog posts video content digital ads and essential sales enablement tools (e.g. presentations battle cards product sheets).
- Customer-Oriented Messaging: Develop and refine clear customer-oriented messaging and positioning that effectively differentiates Datwylers products and services in the market highlighting their unique value propositions.
- Global Collaboration: Work closely with the Global Communications Teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and leverage common future-proof platforms (social media intranet website). Provide content and support for media relations and advertising efforts.
3. Influencing Product & Driving Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
- Product Storytelling: Develop and communicate compelling product positioning and messaging that clearly articulates the unique value proposition for the regional market translating technical features into tangible customer benefits.
- New Product Launches: Lead regional GTM strategies for new product launches and feature updates ensuring effective communication sales readiness and rapid market adoption.
- Product Feedback Loop: Serve as the direct link from the regional market to product development teams providing continuous feedback on market needs competitive landscape and opportunities to directly influence the product roadmap.
- Competitive Intelligence: Continuously monitor competitor activities product offerings and market strategies within the region to identify differentiators and inform our product and marketing approaches.
4. Accelerating Revenue Growth & Performance
- Strategic Marketing Plan: Develop and implement a comprehensive annual marketing plan for North and Latin America that aligns with sales objectives fosters the execution of strategic programs and drives pipeline growth.
- Sales Enablement: Develop and deliver essential sales tools and training to the Regional Team empowering them to effectively articulate our value and support commercial development processes.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize marketing automation platforms CRM systems and analytics tools to track analyze and report on campaign performance constantly iterating to improve results and directly impact regional revenue targets.
Your Profile
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a relevant discipline is required.
- Experience: 5 years of progressive marketing experience with a significant portion in a regional or field marketing role specifically within the United States and preferably with exposure to Latin American markets.
- Strategic & Analytical Acumen: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful data-driven marketing strategies that significantly impact revenue growth.
- Customer Focus: Proven track record of building and nurturing strong impactful customer relationships.
- Product Marketing: Experience with product marketing including go-to-market strategy and product positioning.
- Brand Stewardship: Strong understanding of brand protection and promotion ensuring adherence to corporate communications and design standards.
- Content Expertise: Strong understanding of content strategy content creation and multi-channel content distribution across digital and traditional platforms.
- Digital Marketing Proficiency: Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools including virtual event platforms (e.g. Zoom Microsoft Teams) email campaign platforms web advertising and social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn).
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions and teams including global colleagues.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously meet deadlines and adjust to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly and compellingly.
- Self-Starter: Resourceful self-directed and entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute.
- Travel: Willingness to travel regularly within the North and Latin America region as needed.
- Experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry or a related highly regulated sector.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot Marketo).
- Previous global marketing experience particularly with a focus on both North and Latin American markets.

The work of this position requires sitting as much as 80% of the workday and using force to lift push or pull between 25 and 30 pounds. The incumbent of this position will be required to travel locally domestically and internationally via car bus train plane for many hours one way. Business needs require that the employee in this position work an established 40hour workweek and periodically work additional hours outside of the standard schedule.
The work of this position is most often performed in an office environment which is protected from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes. There is occasional exposure to environmental heat when in the Production areas. There is also occasional exposure to cold (e.g. warehouse). Personal protective equipment must be worn where required. Depending on work location closed toe shoes safety glasses gloves and/or protection from high noise levels is needed. To ensure products satisfy the required quality levels and that operations are consistently efficient and effective employees must wear protective clothing such as a frock hair net beard cover certain areas of the facility.
Salary Range: $88000 - $100000
