Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for project excellence Join Sunwater as Portfolio Controls Lead where youll play a vital role in management of the high-level detailed planning analysis control and reporting across multiple portfolios in accordance with the Sunwater Portfolio Program and Project Management Framework (P3MF). This role involves developing and maintaining program and project control processes standards tools and systems to ensure the successful delivery of programs and projects within scope schedule and budget.
As the Portfolio Controls Lead at Sunwater you will:
- Coach and mentor the Portfolio controls team in the configuring/maintenance of Project controls systems consolidating Portfolio and Program Level reports.
- Act as the subject matter expert and provide specialist advice to Portfolio Controls team and stakeholders on the use of Portfolio program project and financial control frameworks to deliver business requirements.
- Ensuring compliance to IDD Controls procedures and processes including Schedule Cost Change Risk Management.
- Lead the development and maintenance of Portfolio and Program controls reports to help support the delivery and maintenance of projects.
- Lead the process of collection consolidation analysis and reporting on project productivity scope schedule cost risk and change.
We are seeking a talented individual with a proven track record in the application of project management frameworks processes systems and tools. You will hold tertiary qualifications in fields such as accounting commerce or engineering and ideally have 10 years industry experience in a complex and diverse environment as it relates to infrastructure planning and delivery. You will also bring:
- Systems expertise: Advanced skills using the following PM systems including Primavera P6 Contruent-ARES PRISM cost control tool SAP and @Risk
- Strategic vision: Oversee the governance and quality assurance across a portfolio of projects.
- Communication skills: Advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to contribute effectively as a team member and build effective working relationships and positively influence the actions of Project Managers to drive behavioural change and performance improvement
