As a Controls Tech III IV or higher on our team you will be responsible for installing and servicing Building Automation Systems including project start-up commissioning routine and emergency service and preventive maintenance.
Qualifications
Understanding of Mechanical and Electrical equipment in a typical Data Center setting.
Ability to visit job construction hard hat areas and climb stairs climb ladders maneuver in and around pipework and air ducts and work safely near exposed line voltage and low voltage wiring and terminations.
Familiarity with CAD construction drawings.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft suite (Word Outlook Visio Excel PowerPoint).
Out-of-state travel will be required (estimated to be 30% or more depending on project needs).
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced ability to use Tridium Niagara NX4 to design implement and troubleshoot configurations.
10 years experience providing BMS solutions in Data Center environments.
5 years experience in construction project management in Data Center environments.
Demonstrated success in managing BMS projects valued at $1M or more.
Able to run site meetingsand provide effective updates and needs both internally to the team and externally to customers.
Advanced ability to create schematic diagrams(network topologies electrical one-lines device wiring drawings control drawings etc...)
