You ll play a pivotal role in building the company s pipeline by conducting strategic research crafting compelling outreach campaigns and managing initial prospect communications. Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on target prospects and specific contacts within key industries including nonprofits
- Build and maintain a comprehensive contact database to support ongoing business development efforts
- Craft compelling email outreach campaigns and refine draft communications for maximum impact
- Manage LinkedIn outreach activities including connection requests and strategic messaging
- Handle initial prospect communications and follow-up sequences to nurture leads through the pipeline
- Support broader business development initiatives and lead generation strategies
- Provide administrative support including email management and calendar coordination as needed
- Collaborate with the business owner to refine targeting strategies and optimize outreach effectiveness
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in lead generation business development or B2B sales support roles
- Strong research skills with ability to identify and qualify prospects across various industries
- Proficiency with LinkedIn for professional networking and outreach activities
- Excellent written communication skills with experience crafting effective email campaigns
- Experience building and maintaining contact databases and CRM systems
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously
- Administrative capabilities including email and calendar management
- Self-directed work style with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience working with nonprofit sector or mission-driven organizations is a plus
