Job Title: Community Engagement Coordinator
Reports to: Director of Communications
Dept/Campus: Communications
Pay Grade: Professional - PG 4

Primary Purpose:
The community engagement coordinator serves with the communications department
and works with parents families community members and businesses to build
partnerships that support College Station ISD schools. This position supports student
achievement by providing families and students with information on programs and
services available to them; customizing programs to meet campus needs in welcoming
families and the community to engage with CSISD schools; developing
marketing/messaging activities utilizing advocacy and decision-making to recruit and
increase parental participation; and fostering an ongoing partnership between the home
school and community.

Flexibility is required to independently work with others in a wide variety of circumstances and integrating into different school environments. Occasionally work prolonged and irregular hours.
