About the role
The Coordinator Student Leadership position aims to ensure that students have a connected and impactful student experience and are successful in achieving their education and personal goals. The position is responsible for leading the planning development and implementation of a strong student leadership program including but not limited to Student Groups Clubs and Societies and Student Senate for students across all campuses and online.
You will:
develop implement monitor and evaluate programs and systems to improve student opportunities;
manage and support staff under your supervision;
work with key stakeholders to identify and promote student leadership programs and opportunities; and
coordinate and support the establishment development and management of activities of student groups clubs and societies.
About you
Reporting to the Manager Partnerships and Engagement you will possess demonstrated innovation and problem solving skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
You will possess:
skills in marketing and promotion of events and activities;
demonstrated analytical skills experience preparing reports and recommendations; and
ability to work independently and in a team environment.
