Job Description

Title: Client Care Coordinator / Admin
Location: Saddle Brook NJ 07663
Duration: 03 Months
Shift Timing: 08:30 AM - 05:00 PM (Monday - Thursday)
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $27.00/- on W2
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Client Care Coordinator you will be responsible for delivering client requirements by collaborating with multiple internal teams. Providing marketing and general administrative support to an office or group of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for preparing proposals presentations and communication materials using Microsoft Suite Adobe Creative Suite and other software.
Resources typical working day:
- Project Management: Overseeing ongoing initiatives coordinating timelines and ensuring deliverables are met efficiently.
- Marketing Presentations: Preparing visual and strategic presentations to support broker communications and client engagements.
- General Administrative Work: Handling day-to-day operations such as scheduling document preparation email correspondence and internal coordination.

Must have skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook)
- Adobe Creative Suite experience is a strong plus (e.g. Photoshop InDesign Illustrator)
- Exceptional organizational skills both technical and administrative
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-demand work environment
- Real Estate industry experience is preferred but not required

What Youll Need:
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Experience in Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word Excel Outlook etc.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
- Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages discounts and markups.

Years of experience: up to 2 years of job-related/administrative experience.

Level of education: High School Diploma or GED
