As a Gold Licensed Caterer we specialise in curating everything from intimate dinners and corporate conferences to lavish banquets and stylish cocktail events. Our team is passionate about creating unforgettable moments through premium food service and settings.

About the Role

As our Sales Manager youll be at the heart of driving sales across our NSW venues both on-site and offsite. From nurturing inbound inquiries to identifying new business opportunities youll play a key role in bringing our clients visions to lifewhile hitting revenue targets and growing our reputation for excellence.

Youll manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to event handover while building lasting relationships and representing our venues at industry events and functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Nurture and grow relationships with key accounts
  • Build a strong pipeline through active outreach and lead generation
  • Deliver tailored proposals and manage client correspondence
  • Host client meetings site visits and sales presentations
  • Maintain accurate records using our CRM and provide regular sales activity reports
  • Support the execution of strategic sales plans

What You Bring

  • 2 years in a similar sales role within a premium venue catering or hotel environment
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Experience selling both on-site and off-site events
  • Professional presentation and confidence to represent the brand at networking events
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • A team-focused mindset with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Tertiary qualification in hospitality events or related field (highly desirable)
  • Existing industry connections are a plus
