Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our dynamic team in Saint Louis MO. The Events Assistant will play a key role in supporting the planning coordination and execution of various company events community outreach activities and tenant engagement programs. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to grow within a professional environment and contribute to meaningful experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and organizing on-site and off-site events meetings and community initiatives.

  • Coordinate logistics such as venue setup materials preparation catering and vendor communication.

  • Maintain event calendars and provide administrative support to the Events Manager.

  • Track budgets and expenses related to events and report accordingly.

  • Support event promotion through internal communication channels.

  • Provide on-the-ground support during events to ensure smooth execution and high guest satisfaction.

  • Compile post-event feedback and suggest improvements for future events.


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree in Hospitality Communications or a related field is preferred.

  • 12 years of experience in event planning customer service or administrative support.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable with multitasking and deadline management.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
