Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Full-time preferred (40 hours/week)

  • Mondays to Fridays 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Denver CO USA Mountain Time


Join a dynamic company as a dedicated assistant supporting their CEO in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with executive leadership providing critical administrative and operational support that keeps the business running smoothly. Youll be an essential partner to the CEO managing their time and priorities while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This position offers growth potential and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a company that values efficiency and excellence. The role may start as part-time but has the potential to evolve into a long-term full-time opportunity based on business needs.


Scope:

  • Direct support to CEO with high level of autonomy

  • Flexible arrangement starting potentially part-time (20 hours) with possibility of full-time (40 hours)

  • Remote work arrangement with regular communication via Zoom email or other preferred platforms

  • Month-to-month contract structure with 3-month probation period

  • Long-term potential based on business growth and needs

  • Focus on administrative and coordination tasks rather than complex project management


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage CEOs calendar and scheduling

  • Handle travel itinerary planning and management

  • Provide general administrative support and coordination

  • Serve as a liaison for various business communications

  • Assist with both business and personal tasks as needed

  • Maintain proactive communication and anticipate CEOs needs



Requirements

  • Proven experience working with C-suite executives

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proactive approach with ability to anticipate needs

  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities

  • Experience with calendar management and travel planning

  • Professional maturity and discretion when handling confidential information

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
