The Administrative Assistant will provide essential clerical and data support within the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). The role will focus on managing sensitive behavioral health documents and updating key data systems. The successful candidate must maintain strict confidentiality demonstrate accuracy and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Document Redaction:
Redact sensitive and private health information from Behavior Plans in preparation for annual reviews.
Database Management:
Update behavior plan-related data fields in the central DDD Support Coordination database.
Document Upload & Notation:
Upload approved behavior plan packets to member electronic files.
Write progress notes to confirm submission and maintain records.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience with:
Database systems and computer-based applications
Clerical data entry
Writing team-based correspondence and updates regarding tasks/projects
Experience collaborating across departments or functional areas
Technical Proficiency:
Google Workspace
Adobe Acrobat
Basic database/data entry applications
Other Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong adherence to confidentiality standards
Ability to follow structured processes and request support when needed
