Role: Vice President of Sales
Location: Cupertino California (with domestic and international travel as required)

Position Overview
As the Vice President of Sales you will be responsible for driving new business growth building strategic partnerships and expanding the company s presence in the US market. This role focuses on acquiring new logos managing business development relationships and leading direct sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development & Sales
- Focus exclusively on new customer acquisition.
- Directly prospect end clients for opportunities related to Magento & Commerce Tools.
- Work with the inside sales/demand generation team while also leading independent efforts to generate leads and manage opportunities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for clients addressing high-level business challenges in commerce.
- Participate in select industry events and tradeshows to enhance market presence.
- Leverage existing accounts on ZoomInfo and support from the database team for account intelligence.
Strategic Partnerships & Business Development
- Manage business development relationships with Commerce Tools and Adobe by:
- Engaging partner sales teams to generate new opportunities.
- Collaborating with partner business development teams on special projects.
- Working with partner marketing teams on joint campaigns.
- Oversee new customer relationships during the first year to ensure long-term engagement.
- Utilize engineering support for strategic projects involving Adobe and Commerce Tools.
- Receive pre-sales support from the Delivery team for effective solution positioning.
Territory & Market Focus
- Geographic Focus: United States
Target Audience:
- Existing Magento & Commerce Tools customers
- Prospects looking to adopt Magento & Commerce Tools
- Opportunities referred by Adobe and Commerce Tools sales teams
- Prospects considering re-platforming from Magento or Commerce Tools to another platform
Employment Terms
- You confirm that you have no contractual or legal obligations that prevent you from fulfilling your responsibilities in this role.
- Your primary work location will be Cupertino California though the company reserves the right to modify your location as needed.
- Domestic and international travel may be required as part of your job responsibilities.
Experience & Expertise:
- 7 years of experience selling in the US and Canadian markets (Mandatory).
- Experience in selling software services preferably Magento for at least 4 years (Mandatory).
- Proven ability to generate $2M in revenue in a single financial year (Mandatory).
- End-to-end sales experience including cold calling lead generation and closing deals.
- Strong track record of consistent and persistent lead generation and sales within Magento and Commerce Tools.
Work & Role Expectations:
- Must be US or Canada-based for at least 4 years.
- Should be ready to take up an Individual Contributor (IC) role.
- Analytical and detail-oriented approach to sales.
