Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Data Cloud to facilitate agile processes and ensure the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will possess a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification and demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams stakeholders and product owners.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives etc.). Support and guide the team in adopting agile practices focusing on continuous improvement. Remove blockers and foster a collaborative team environment to ensure smooth project execution.
Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the backlog. Ensure that the team delivers high-quality work within established timelines while aligning with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Data Cloud integration requirements.
Required Skills : Requirements: Proven experience as a Scrum Master with hands-on knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Data Cloud. CSM certification preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders. Ability to facilitate and coach teams in agile methodologies and practices. Must be able to commute to the Walnut Creek office Tuesday and Wednesday to work onsite.
