Job Description
Junior Scrum Master Omni Channel/Retail (with ADO Expertise)
Assist in facilitating daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospective meetings for Agile teams.
Support Product Owners and teams in backlog grooming and prioritization for omni channel or retail initiatives.
Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage boards track sprint progress and maintain work item updates.
Remove basic roadblocks and respond to team queries to enable smooth sprint progress.
Foster team collaboration and communication across cross-functional retail business units.
Track basic metrics such as sprint progress team velocity and impediments using ADO dashboards and reports.
Maintain documentation and support clear transparent Agile processes within ADO.
Communicate updates and issues to senior Scrum Masters and project stakeholders ensuring data accuracy in ADO.
Encourage continuous improvement through feedback and learning opportunities.
Ensure alignment of Agile practices with business objectives in omni channel/retail environments leveraging ADO capabilities for transparency and visibility
