JOB TITLE: Community Support Specialist II

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time; 40 hours/week

SCHEDULED HOURS: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm with one weekend 12pm-8:30pm rotating weekends 10:30am-7pm

PROGRAM/LOCATION: Assertive Community Treatment Team Manchester CT * this is a community based position

ABOUT THE PROGRAM: Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) *Click here to learn more about the program!

Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) serves adults 18 years of age and older. ACTT provides intensive community-based treatment support and rehabilitation to individuals who have a serious persistent mental illness (SPMI) or a dual diagnosis of SPMI and a Substance Use Disorder and be determined as requiring a high level of service needs.

ABOUT THE POSITION: Community Support Specialist II

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent education and/or work experience required.

Experience: 1 years working with identified population preferred.

Licensure/Certification/Registration: Valid drivers license required

COMPENSATION*:

$18.8631/hr minimum and up commensurate upon experience

*Actual rates are determined at the time of offer and are based on relevant experience as well as adherence to our internal equity policy. Many of our positions offer program/location differentials and/or sign-on incentives. (Please note for part-time positions this range would be pro-rated based on hours worked
