Senior Interior Architect / Interior Design Documentation Specialist
ECOSI is seeking an Interior Design Architect with experience in commercial and hospitality projects and expertise in Revit.
Responsabilities
- Lead or contribute to the generation of Interior Design Documentation for hospitality projects.
- Identify client-specific standards and ensure all deliverables meet expected quality and compliance.
- Support the team by documenting and refining standard procedures for Interior Design Drawings deliverables.
Requirements
Required experience
- 5 years of experience working with Revit.
- 3 years of experience producing or overseeing construction documentation sets (plans elevations FFE millwork and architectural/interior details) for the interior design of hospitality and commercial projects.
- Proven track record delivering detailed Interior Design Drawings for high-end hotel resort or similar hospitality projects.
Must Qualifications
- Strong understanding of interior design principles architectural design and construction processes.
- Competence in using industry-standard software for design and drafting (e.g. Revit AutoCAD SketchUp). Experienced in creating families view templates and coordinated sheet sets.
- Strong command of Interior Design Documentation processes and standards from SD through CD phases.
- Familiarity with building codes (NCiDQ certificate and/or ADA requirements) regulations and construction processes.
- Ability to lead or support multiple projects with quality control and coordination skills.
- Demonstrated resource allocation and planning skills and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and teams.
- English proficiency: C1 or higher; ability to meet with clients online.
- Portfolio required: At least one large hospitality/commercial project interior design construction documentation set.
