Job Title: Senior Executive
Responsibilities
- Responsible for acquiring and securing key private and government projects in the assigned market by leveraging personal network and influencing decisionmakers.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate project sales including builders contractors applicators architects and approving authorities.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to comprehend projectspecific needs competitor activities and market trends utilizing this information to shape sales strategies.
- Ensure effective communication of product quality and benefits to project stakeholders through presentations demonstrations and promotional activities.
- Monitor project sales performance compile detailed reports on sales activities and offer insights to the Sales Manager for strategic decisionmaking.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key project customers ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to ensure cohesive and strategic sales efforts.
- Ensure complete compliance with the companys reporting requirements maintaining accurate and timely records in both online and offline formats.

- Any Graduate or Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Marketing Management.
