Job Description

Job Title: Senior Executive

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for acquiring and securing key private and government projects in the assigned market by leveraging personal network and influencing decisionmakers.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate project sales including builders contractors applicators architects and approving authorities.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to comprehend projectspecific needs competitor activities and market trends utilizing this information to shape sales strategies.
  • Ensure effective communication of product quality and benefits to project stakeholders through presentations demonstrations and promotional activities.
  • Monitor project sales performance compile detailed reports on sales activities and offer insights to the Sales Manager for strategic decisionmaking.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key project customers ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to ensure cohesive and strategic sales efforts.
  • Ensure complete compliance with the companys reporting requirements maintaining accurate and timely records in both online and offline formats.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive project sales and manage customer relationships.
  • Highly motivated resultoriented and capable of working independently.
  • Must possess a strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • 2 6 years of experience in Project Sales preferably from the Construction Chemical / Cement industry.
  • Any Graduate or Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Marketing Management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to drive project sales and manage customer relationships. Highly motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently. Must have a strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions. 4-6 years of experience in Project Sales, preferably from the Construction Chemical / Cement industry. Any Graduate or Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Marketing Management.
