Job Description

Key roles:
Commercial management: Lead and manage solar PV projects from
identifying to contract signature. Develop and prepare commercial proposals
and agreements.
Manage and maintain project pipeline through CRM systems. Execute targets
and goals set by the company.
Manage commercial teams across Indonesia.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross functional teams business development
teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project planning and
execution.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to
project activities and reports.
Professional development: Stay up to date with advancements in solar PV
technologies and industry trends. Engage in continuous learning and
professional development opportunities to enhance commercial skills and
knowledge.
Travel extensively to clients.

Team leader ability to work with a multidisciplinary team.

Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Requirements

Requirement:
Bachelor s or master s degree in business management Electrical
Engineering Renewable Energy Engineering or related field.
Experienced in solar PV preferably with a developer and/or solar
PV contractor. Have a deep understanding of the industrial and commercial
solar PV market. Knowledge of the mining and related sectors is a plus.
Proven ability to close contracts with industrial clients.
In depth knowledge of the solar PV system and concepts.
Knowledge of PLN permitting for solar PV projects.
Able to operate Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to evaluate
obstacles and challenges.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the
ability to present commercial projects.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a teamoriented
environment and contribute to team goals.
Willingness to learn and adapt with market development. Passion: Enthusiasm for renewable solutions and a commitment to promoting
sustainable practices.
