About the Role:
CloudPSO is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead and scale our outbound sales efforts focused on IT services software development and managed services. This role is critical to our growth strategy in North America UK and EMEA markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and achieve sales revenue targets.
- Build lead and mentor a high-performing sales team (SDRs Sales Executives).
- Identify pursue and close new business opportunities through outbound channels (LinkedIn email cold calls).
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline via CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align messaging and service positioning.
- Report on key metrics and provide sales forecasts.
Requirements
- 5 years in B2B sales (IT services SaaS or outsourcing).
- Proven experience in managing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of US markets.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email automation platforms.
