Job Description

As a Construction Coach youll play a pivotal role in the growth and development of our Builder and Warranty Teams across our Indianapolis and Minneapolis Divisions. This behindthescenes leadership position is perfect for someone passionate about empowering others enhancing performance and driving meaningful results through mentorship and training.
What Youll Do:
- Onboard and train new Builders and Warranty Service Managers ensuring successful integration into our systems and culture
- Provide handson coaching to increase confidence selfawareness and personal development in team members
- Monitor and uphold construction quality consistency and adherence to David Weekley Homes standards
- Lead engaging classroom training sessions focused on construction best practices communication and leadership
- Mentor and guide team members in practical realworld settings to build expertise and confidence
- Foster trust motivation and accountability within the team through regular support feedback and encouragement
Qualifications :
What You Bring:
- 5 years experience as a Builder/Construction Manager or in a similar construction leadership role strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead mentor or coach highperforming teams
- Deep passion for coaching training and investing in others growth
- Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly between divisions and to various communities in both cities

- A strong communicator with excellent listening and coaching skills
- Highly organized with great time management and followthrough
