Role Summary:
Were looking for a results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive lead generation outreach and client acquisition across recruitment staff augmentation and training verticals. You will identify prospects build strategic relationships and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through LinkedIn Upwork email outreach and referrals.
- Develop and execute outreach campaigns targeting tech startups SMEs HR heads and training departments.
- Present our recruitment and training offerings to decision-makers via calls emails and virtual demos.
- Collaborate with internal recruiters and trainers to deliver client expectations.
- Maintain and update CRM with lead interactions deals and follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and new partnership opportunities (e.g. universities bootcamps).
- Assist in proposal writing agreements and client onboarding processes.
Nice to Have
- Experience working for a tech recruitment or IT outsourcing agency
- Familiarity with SaaS ecosystems startups or enterprise software buyers
- Connections in HR or talent acquisition communities
