Are you a hands-on organized and experienced construction professional ready to take your career to the next level We are currently seeking a Project Manager with 4-6 years of experience in construction project management preferably with a background in horizontal construction to lead and manage exciting infrastructure projects across Rancho Cordova and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and communicate with clients suppliers subcontractors and internal teams.
- Review project plans specifications and contracts to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Compile accurate cost estimates by analyzing material labor equipment transportation and subcontractor costs.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and ensure the timely delivery of all phases.
- Supervise construction crews and ensure projects meet budget safety and quality standards.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site including contract disputes and logistical concerns.
- Track change orders and manage all additional work documentation.
- Support office staff with billing documentation and administrative tasks.
- Handle multiple ongoing projects typically ranging from 45 days to 1 year in duration.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of construction project management experience (horizontal construction preferred).
- Strong background in project planning estimating and coordination.
- Proven track record of stable employment and successful project delivery.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite especially Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint and Project.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well in a team environment.
