This is a unique opportunity to join as the first full-time sales hire own the sales process end-to-end and help shape the future of our sales organization.
What Youll Do
- Drive Revenue Growth: Manage the full sales cycle from qualifying leads to pitching and closing deals with U.S.-based construction companies.
- Prospect New Opportunities: Identify and engage potential clients including warm and semi-warm leads.
- Conduct Consultative Sales Meetings: Lead discovery calls product demonstrations and presentations to showcase ICPs value.
- CRM Management: Track all activity pipeline progress and client communications in the CRM.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with leadership to refine sales processes and improve the client journey.
- Potential Account Management: Support onboarding and early relationship management for new clients as needed.
What Youll Bring
- Proven experience in B2B sales - ideally in a startup or fast-growing environment.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions.
- Self-motivated and proactive comfortable working remotely.
- Bonus: Knowledge of the construction industry
