What Youll Do:
Workforce Strategy & Planning:
- Drive strategic workforce planning aligned with production goals
- Optimize organizational structure and manage manpower forecasting
- Use HR analytics and systems (HRIS) for datadriven decisionmaking
Talent Acquisition & Retention:
- Lead recruitment strategies for factory and office roles
- Build talent pipelines through schools universities and job platforms
- Develop onboarding engagement and retention programs
Performance Management & Development:
- Oversee performance appraisal systems for all levels
- Identify training needs and drive employee development initiatives
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
What Were Looking For:
- 15 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or factory settings
- Strong understanding of Thai labor laws safety regulations and grievance procedures
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English
- Proficient in HR systems (HRIS) and HR data analysis
- Strong leadership problemsolving and interpersonal skills
