Job Title: Regional Office Director
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures the office meets or exceeds safety financial and strategic objectives by effectively managing the daily operations and customer service for the office.
- Works with the General Manager to create manage and execute plans to increase profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for office compliance with corporate policies procedures and operational integrity.
- Recruit build and maintain a world class team.
- Vision to develop a strategic business plan annually and discipline to follow the plan
- Ability to identify risk and develop risk mitigation strategies during preconstruction & construction project phases.
- Develop and mentor staff for customer services and operational proficiency through effective and consistent coaching efforts.
- Regularly communicates office performance and priorities with all PMs and General Manager.
- Serves as a role model of our Core Values to employees; holds employees accountable for the implementation of those values into their work processes.
- Takes an active role in making sure that office projects are performed within the parameters established.
- Able to articulate sound business decisions in response to everchanging demands.
- Effectively interviews hires and trains employees; plans assigns and directs PM work; appraises performance; rewards employees and initiates corrective action procedures; addresses complaints and resolves office problems.
- Provides regular updates of office status to the General Manager and Senior Management.
Job Specifications (incl. Education requirements minimal experience computer skills required etc.)
- Bachelors Degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.
- 10 years experience in the HVAC industry
- 5 years experience working in HVAC Contract Sales.
- Prior experience estimating small commercial HVAC projects.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and takeoffs
- Job tracking and cost analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Office software.
- Ability to work in a team environment; ability to work collaboratively with users flexibility and adaptability to changing situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication customer relations and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and decisionmaking ability.

Compensation Range: $150000 $190000 per year
