Our Client is a prominent regional facility management company operating in India and headquartered in Hyderabad Telangana. They offer all-round IFM services for various formats like corporates residential retail & healthcare across Telangana.
Overall Purpose of the Role
The New Business Development team will work on holistic solutions to create and evolve an outcome-based approach in facility management.
The team will spearhead the companys growth into new geographies segments/sectors and product partnerships.
If you are a problem solver who can think holistically at a strategic and tactical level enjoy working with people understand technological leverage and create and implement solutions lets chat.
This position is an independent contributor to the regions growing profitable business.
Key Responsibilities Areas:
1) Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition. Manage Key Account Organic Growth.
2) Responsible for Corporate (B2B) Sales for the State/Region
3) Responsible for end-to-end lead generation and conversions including maintenance of the funnel.
4) Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements in FM space.
5) Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
6) Play an integral part in generating new sales and turning them into long-lasting relationships.
7) Use key account metrics to prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders. Sales Projections and
8) Collaborate with sales operations supply chain contracts & finance to develop detailed commercial proposals using the costing tools and templates provided.
9) Implement technology partnerships with operations and technology teams to commercialize new opportunities in the assigned key accounts.
10) Identify & drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with assigned customers.
11) Acquire business intelligence on the market players operations & services to support marketing sales technology & operations.
12) Act as an emergency/escalation contact window for key new customers.

Educational Qualification
Bachelors degree (Required) Full-time Hotel Management or an MBA in Sales and Marketing
