Role Overview
As a Junior Customer Success Manager at Qualifyze youll be part of the Growth department and play a key role in building longterm trustbased relationships with customers in the pharmaceutical industry.
Your mission will be to ensure a seamless highquality experience throughout the audit lifecycle supporting customer satisfaction retention and potential growth opportunities.
Youll be the voice of the customer within the company proactively engaging with accounts and collaborating closely with internal teams such as Operations Quality and Product to deliver meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical clients ensuring a positive postsale experience.
Act as the main point of contact for operational and supportrelated topics guiding customers through the audit journey.
Ensure clear communication between customers and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Provide regular updates on audit status timelines and deliverables.
Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive support and followup.
Collect and share feedback to help continuously improve the customer experience and internal processes.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and updates in our CRM (HubSpot).
Collaborate crossfunctionally with Operations Quality Marketing and Product teams to ensure high service standards.
12 years of experience in a customerfacing role (Customer Success Account Management Client Support or similar).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish. German is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive and solutionoriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable in a dynamic fastpaced and changing environment previous experience in a startup or scaleup is a strong plus.
Interest in the pharma or life sciences industry.
Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
