The Boeing CompanyThe Commercial Training Solutions Business industry leader in commercial aviation training solutions is looking for a Senior Strategy & Business Development analyst to shape the future trajectory of the training services business. As a Senior Analyst you will lead strategic analysis and development to inform and/or recommend critical business decisions set strategic priorities evaluate investment options form implementation and gotomarket plans and much more in partnership with the BGS Leadership Team. Who We Need:
A preferred candidate will have experience working with or in matrixed organization structures to drive value and outcomes through creative solutions with minimal oversight and in ambiguous environments. Technical competencies include a thorough understanding or ability to quickly understand aerospace services and technologyrelated value chains. Aerospace training market knowledge is a plus but not required. Candidate should excel in strategic thinking softskills and be proficient in project execution as responsibilities could range from creating business concepts to driving solution development.
As a member of the Strategy and Business development team you will hold significant responsibilities that directly impact the future direction of the Training Business.
