A reputed and professionally managed 100% export-oriented manufacturer of ferrous and non-ferrous metal components specializing in brass alloys and now successfully expanding into copper bronze aluminum and steel alloys. The company provides high-precision customized components to international clients across various industries maintaining strict quality standards and modern manufacturing processes.
As a Senior Quality Engineer you will be responsible for developing implementing and managing quality strategies systems and processes. You’ll lead quality initiatives manage audits ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and oversee inspections throughout the production process — from raw material receipt to final product delivery — ensuring all products meet customer specifications and international quality standards.
Education: B.E. Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 4 to 5 years in a Quality Assurance/Quality Control role in a manufacturing or engineering industry.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System is essential.
Experience in 100% export-oriented manufacturing preferred.
Good command over material identification traceability inspection techniques and quality documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office ERP systems and measuring instrument calibration practices.
Strong communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
Develop and implement quality strategies policies processes standards and systems for the organization and its supply chain.
Conduct Management Review Meetings and Internal Audits as per defined schedules.
Arrange and monitor receiving in-process and final inspections of raw materials bought-out items and finished products.
Ensure proper material identification and traceability throughout the production process.
Maintain and control drawing masters technical documents and quality records.
Manage calibration and control of inspection measuring and testing equipment.
Review non-conforming products and customer complaints ensuring timely and effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Provide reports and inputs for Management Review regarding quality performance.
Develop and update QA procedures guidelines work instructions and quality plans.
Facilitate and coordinate internal and external quality audits.
Maintain calibration records and manage equipment verification schedules.
