Senior Business Development Manager Reseller Partnerships

Location: Onsite in Los Angeles (Pasadena)
Salary: $120000 $150000 ($200k total OTE) (OnTarget Earnings)

As they continue to scale they are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to expand and strengthen their reseller partnerships especially those with access to highdemand inventory.

Role Overview
The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying building and managing strategic partnerships with largescale resellers who can supply indemand authentic fashion items. Your focus will be on expanding the company s product supply growing the reseller network and driving revenue through highvalue relationships. This role is crucial to maintaining the platform s status as a trusted destination for rare and luxury goods.

Key Responsibilities

> Reseller Partnerships: Source engage and nurture relationships with highvolume resellers to ensure a consistent flow of authentic highdemand products to the platform.
> Inventory Strategy: Manage the supply chain of rare and luxury items from trusted partners to meet the platform s demand.
> Market Expansion: Identify and tap into new regions or customer segments with reseller potential. Develop strategies to increase market share in emerging areas.
> Revenue Growth: Drive revenue by expanding the reseller network opening new sales channels and supporting resellers success on the platform.
> CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams including marketing product operations and finance to align on initiatives and ensure smooth execution.
> Negotiation & Contracts: Lead partnership negotiations with resellers establishing mutually beneficial terms and longterm agreements.
> Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals providing guidance and strategic direction.
> DataDriven Strategy: Leverage data insights and market trends to inform decisionmaking and optimize partnership strategies.
