Profile:
We are seeking a Senior Software Sales Executive with a 100% background in the technology industry and a proven record in selling software solutions and IT services in the U.S. market. The role requires strong prospecting skills the ability to close enterprise deals and expertise in managing longterm client relationships. The selected candidate will also play a key role in training and mentoring the sales team supporting our commercial growth strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in software custom development data solutions RPA infrastructure and cybersecurity.
- Design and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations handle technical questions and tailor solutions with internal teams.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close contracts that ensure value for both client and company.
- Mentor and train sales team members on consultative selling and negotiation tactics.
- Monitor sales performance generate reports and recommend process improvements.
