Route Sales Representative $50K Total Compensation
Base Salary: $35K $5 Per Pair Sold (Over 3000 pairs sold last year!)
Were looking for a motivated customer-focused Route Sales Representative to drive our Mobile Shoe Showroom and deliver excellent service while promoting top-quality footwear.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and operate a 26ft box truck (must be 21 with valid license)
- Load and unload inventory daily
- Visit pre-scheduled client locations to sell shoes directly from the mobile unit
- Recommend products like insoles and socks to maximize each sale
- Perform light admin tasks: scan and upload orders track inventory
- Maintain truck appearance and follow basic housekeeping tasks
- Coordinate future sales routes with store manager
- Perform basic truck maintenance through approved vendors
Requirements
What You Need:
- 1 years of relevant experience (sales mobile retail or similar)
- Strong communication customer service and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to lift 50 lbs bend squat and stand for long periods
- Must have a valid drivers license and be able to drive a 24ft box truck
Bonus If You Have:
- Experience in mobile or retail footwear sales
- Passion for building relationships and growing accounts
- Willingness to travel (some overnight trips required)
