You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailBeEntertained is a Berlin-based production company creating large-scale cultural events across Germany from classical ballet to multi-genre shows. With 150 to 250 events every year we are looking for a driven and results-oriented Ticket Sales Manager to lead ticket sales for our upcoming two-month tour across Germany.
Develop and execute the ticket sales strategy for the tour.
Identify and attract new sales channels: online platforms travel agencies ticket offices and corporate clients.
Drive B2B sales and work with group bookings including tourist groups and partners.
Negotiate and secure agreements with ticket sales partners.
Monitor and adjust ticket allocations control availability and manage returns.
Analyse sales performance across channels prepare reports and recommend improvements.
React quickly to changes in demand and adjust sales tactics in real time.
Fluent in Russian English and German (all three languages at working proficiency).
Proven experience in ticket sales B2B sales or the tourism industry is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong Excel skills attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
Willingness to travel across Germany for the two-month tour.
Ability to work under high pressure and adapt quickly.
Ability to provide supporting documents (education language certificates work experience).
Work with an international creative team on major cultural projects.
