As a Business Analyst you will play a crucial role in the design development and improvement of Human Capital Management products. You will collaborate closely with product teams developers and end users to ensure solutions meet strategic business and customer needs. Your primary mission will be to translate business requirements and user feedback into clear and actionable product specifications.
Collaborate with product teams to understand market requirements and define development priorities.
Analyze user needs and market trends to propose product enhancements and new features.
Develop detailed functional specifications to guide development teams in creating effective and innovative solutions.
Participate in product validation by conducting user tests and gathering feedback to refine existing features.
Coordinate product launch activities in collaboration with marketing and support teams ensuring products meet customer expectations.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of product requirements development processes and test results to ensure traceability and continuous improvement.
Undergraduate degree in Information Systems Management Product Management or a related field.
At least five years of experience in business analysis product development or HRIS systems management.
Solid understanding of HR processes and HRIS market trends.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear product specifications.
Experience with product management and HRIS tools such as JIRA Confluence etc.
Ability to work in an Agile environment with project management experience desirable.
Knowledge of user research and data analysis methods to inform product decisions.
Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
