- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts (conference agents PCOs corporates and group travel planners).
- Drive proactive sales activity across key market segments with a focus on new business acquisition and existing account development.
- Generate qualified leads and drive conversion for accommodation and event revenue across both hotels.
- Coordinate site inspections client meetings and familiarisation programs.
- Collaborate with the national Accor sales team and other Darling Harbour account managers to maximise group performance.
- Lead presentations and rate negotiations with clients supported by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting using Opera Cloud and .
Qualifications :
- A proactive sales professional with proven experience of a minimum of 5 years in hotel sales with focus on business development or account management.
- A strong communicator with excellent presentation negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially savvy self-motivated and outcome-driven with a track record of exceeding KPIs.
- Experience with CRM and hotel sales systems such as Opera Cloud and Delphi is highly regarded.
