The Vice President Global Materials Strategy and Planning at Fortune Brands Innovations (FBIN) is a highimpact executive responsible for shaping and executing the companys global materials management strategy to drive operational excellence business growth and supply chain resilience. This leader will oversee endtoend materials planning inventory optimization and customer fulfillment ensuring a seamless global supply chain.
As a strategic partner this role will influence enterprisewide decisionmaking aligning supply chain initiatives with financial commercial and operational priorities. By leveraging advanced digital tools AIdriven analytics and industry best practices the VP will enhance customer satisfaction maximize working capital efficiency and foster a culture of innovation agility and continuous improvement.
This position is based in Deerfield Illinois reporting directly to the Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer. The ideal candidate is a transformational leader with a proven ability to drive largescale change lead highperforming global teams and implement cuttingedge supply chain innovations in a complex global manufacturing environment.

Additional Information:
Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: 225000USD $330000USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and location. In addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a rolebased sales incentive plan.
