As a Sales Manager within Energy & Utilities:
You will work to secure good and longlasting customer relationships as well as work strategically with them to help them achieve their full potential and get the maximum value from collaborating with us. Your focus will be to hunt and target the Swedish market to increase the number of new customers. In this role you will work on winning new customers. A key part of the job is to understand your customers businesses and needs as well as build relationships with these customers and other collaborative partners who in turn contribute to good business.
We want you to have:
5 years of Sales experience within the Energy sector or5 years of experience from working in an energy company in a management role
Ability to understand your customers operations and always strive to find the best solution for them.
Abilities and drive to handle sales from first meeting to signed contract and experience interfacing with Clevel executives.
Good communication skills.
Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English.
Your personal qualities:
As a person you are creative solutionoriented and proactive. You are attentive and understand the customer their current situation goals and challenges and you have the ability to adapt your approach accordingly. You always act with the customer in mind have strong communication skills and a positive attitude. You also value the quality of the work you present while being innovative enjoying working proactively and embracing the idea of contributing to the growth in Sweden based on a strong brand and innovative product development. In this role you will have a lot of freedom to structure your own work and influence the strategy for the Swedish market.
