What You Will Do
- Responsible for the implementation of Ecolab programs at the customer site.
- Handle projects of varying sizes: water and energy savings across utilities and process areas.
- Ensure projects are managed effectively and comply with contractual operational and profitability requirements
- Regularly provide progress reporting both internally and to the customer ensuring prompt escalation and management of any risks to project delivery
- Plan develop and implement strategies for site program management ensuring they meet contract performance requirements within budget and timeframes.
- Coordinate and implement CAPEX projects together with digital services associated.
- Implement a detailed project management program to track site progress on contract requirements and program implementation.
What are the requirements
- Preferred location: Ploiesti Prahova or nearby/ willingness to commute everyday to Ploiesti
- A minimum of 3 years of experience managing or supervising employees
- At least 3 years of experience in an industrial plant setting
- Project management experience
- Fluent in English language
- Experience in managing site operations
- Familiarity with computerbased controls for industrial applications and equipment
- Driving licence B
