Job Description

This is a remote position.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and driven professional to spearhead our B2B sales and business development efforts while also taking charge of executive search recruitment. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker with strong networking skills a keen understanding of recruitment processes and the ability to forge lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development (B2B Sales):

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients expanding our recruitment services.

  • Build strong relationships with HR teams and hiring managers to understand their talent needs.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements for recruitment services.

  • Stay updated on market trends to ensure competitive positioning.

Executive Search & Recruitment:

  • Manage endtoend recruitment for senior and executivelevel positions.

  • Source screen and assess highcaliber candidates through various channels.

  • Conduct interviews and provide strategic talent insights to clients.

  • Collaborate with clients to ensure a seamless hiring process.

  • Maintain and grow a network of qualified professionals for future opportunities.


Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales business development or recruitment (ideally both).

  • Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.

  • Familiarity with executive search methods and talent acquisition strategies.

  • Ability to work independently manage multiple tasks and thrive in a startup environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills..
