We are seeking a versatile and driven professional to spearhead our B2B sales and business development efforts while also taking charge of executive search recruitment. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker with strong networking skills a keen understanding of recruitment processes and the ability to forge lasting client relationships.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients expanding our recruitment services.
Build strong relationships with HR teams and hiring managers to understand their talent needs.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements for recruitment services.
Stay updated on market trends to ensure competitive positioning.
Manage endtoend recruitment for senior and executivelevel positions.
Source screen and assess highcaliber candidates through various channels.
Conduct interviews and provide strategic talent insights to clients.
Collaborate with clients to ensure a seamless hiring process.
Maintain and grow a network of qualified professionals for future opportunities.
Proven experience in B2B sales business development or recruitment (ideally both).
Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
Familiarity with executive search methods and talent acquisition strategies.
Ability to work independently manage multiple tasks and thrive in a startup environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills..
