Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the refrigeration product portfolio
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to improve strategies and enhance the effectiveness of offered solutions
- Monitor key KPIs to optimize product profitability and ensure strategies are aligned with company goals
- Collaborate with internal teams manufacturers and suppliers to ensure effective product management and strengthen relationships
- Work closely with sales key account management procurement logistics and ecommerce teams to ensure proper implementation of product strategies
- Lead a small team of Junior Product Managers supporting them in their professional growth and development of key skills
Qualifications :
You are the right candidate if you have:
- Technical experience in commercial refrigeration or related industries (GDO HVAC food retail plant engineering)
- Passion for the industry and a strong desire to contribute to the companys success and growth.
- Fluent English (B2/C1 level) German is a plus
- Experience in project management and crossfunctional activities
- Strong analytical skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Ability to work in crossfunctional teams
- Excellent negotiation listening and communication skills
- Availability for short international travel
