Tasks
Your Mission: Be the Payroll Champion Our Growing Team Needs
Own the Complete Payroll Journey
- Master end-to-end payroll preparation for our external partners ensuring zero errors in monthly processing
- Independently manage timesheets contracts and performance records with forensic attention to detail
- Transform complex international payroll challenges into seamless solutions
Navigate the International Landscape
- Lead Employer of Record (EoR) processes across multiple European markets
- Become our go-to expert for social security income tax and cross-border compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to solve complex payroll puzzles
Drive Data Excellence
- Maintain pristine payroll data integrity in our Workday ERP system
- Support critical monthly and annual financial closings that keep our business running
- Coordinate social security and tax audits with confidence and precision
Requirements
What Makes You Our Ideal Candidate
Essential Foundation:
- Commercial training or equivalent qualification in finance/HR
- 1-2 years hands-on experience in payroll accounting or similar analytical roles
- Very strong German solid English communication skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables formulas data analysis)
Bonus Superpowers:
- International payroll or EoR experience (well love your insights!)
- Workday system familiarity
- Cross-cultural working experience
