Job Description

In exclusive cooperation with the management of our partner INNIO Jenbacher the mechanical engineering pioneer in the field of sustainable green energy solutions and services we are looking for you as an experienced and dedicated German-speaking Data Governance Manager (m/f/d) in the greater Munich area (incl. remote option).

As Data Governance Manager (m/f/d) you will play a key role in the development and implementation of a company-wide data governance concept and thus actively shape the future of the entire company.

Tasks

  • You are responsible for enterprise data governance for the entire INNIO-group
  • You develop a comprehensive data governance structure for all data domains across the entire lifecycle
  • You work closely with the business experts and process owners to define rules for data management continuously improve them and identify weaknesses
  • You develop a central concept for KPIs reporting structures and data owner/stewardship
  • You actively drive change in the way data is handled and convince your stakeholders whether management or business of the benefits of data management

Requirements

  • You have extensive experience in the field of data governance or master / (enterprise) data management ideally in a complex industrial environment
  • Perhaps you have already set up or accompanied the greenfield/ brownfield development of a data governance structure Thats great but not a must!
  • You easily understand how data flows through the BI landscape and how data structures are built (and of course how they can be improved)
  • You think conceptually and analytically but can also work hands-on
  • You have excellent communication skills and can inspire critical employees with your ideas
  • You can juggle many different stakeholders at the same time and solve challenges creatively
  • You are experienced in change management
  • Communication in German and English is a matter of course for you
